When you consider that you have: pecs, deltoids, lats, traps, neck muscles, forearm flexors, abdominals, obliques, serratus muscles, quads, calves, hamstrings, glutes and that’s just scratching the surface you realize that you then need a lot of different machines to have the ability to do a full workout in your home or to provide the ability to do a full workout in your gym.

And when you buy your weights for each of these ‘free weight’ options that gets expensive too – you need to buy individual weight plates and each one is going to cost you a lot of money and you then need to stack these up if you are going to fill your bars etc.
